Looks fine to be honest but I would drop the kettlebells on Friday and use it has a rest day.
Switch Tues and Wed around. Your shoulders will thank you.![]()
-Doing shoulders after chest isn't cool for obvious reasons. Your front delts and triceps will be sore from the chest workout from the previous day.
-Make Friday an arm only day. When you pre-exhaust your arms from compound movements with back/chest, you don't have the intensity to train the arms as hard as they need to be trained. So drop the tri's from your chest routine, and the bi's from your back routine and combine them for an arm day.
That does make sense. I'll definitely switch chest and shoulders day around. And my arms are lagging so will try going back to an arms only day.
Cheers!
Mon - back bi
Tue - chest tri
Wed - rest
Thu - legs
Fri - delts traps
Sat - rest
Sun - rest
That's what I usually roll with.... Nothing clashes, I can't think of a better split TBH
