K I usually don't compare or even care what someone else can do in the gym. I'm not them so only care what I can do. So this is essentially bout me but I am comparing to others.
I feel my bb press is lacking in compared to a db press. I see guys repping out 225 easily and only doing 80 dbs.
Today I got 5 reps at 225 on flat for the third set.
Right after I hit 90 db 5 reps again on incline.
Just seems lop sided to me. Wanted people's option on this and if I'm doing something wrong.
Also noticed also I'm doing 3 plates each side on hammer strength iso-lateral decline bench, and yesterday saw this guy 230 solid muscle doing same thing.
Just curious on thoughts.
