I know you all frown on pro hormones but I've researched them well and they can't shut me down as I'm on TRT so I'm already closed ;-)
As you know there is a bit of a comp going on in the lounge and I'm a competitor below is my stats and a sample of my current diet along with the compounds I am using please feel free to comment as all your experience and information is valued.

Meal 1 2 scoops protein 1 cup ground oats 500ml water
Meal 2 4 weetabix 1 cup skimmed milk
Meal 3 100g chicken breast 1/2 cup cous cous 150g ff cottage cheese
Meal 4 200g chicken breast 1/2 cup couscous I squirt ff mayo
Meal 5 100g chicken breast 1/2 cup couscous 150g ff cottage cheese
Meal 6 150g stewed steak 150 g potatoes
Meal 7 I scoop protein 250ml water
Protein 238.5g
Carbs 280g
Fats all fats will come from what's in existing food sources
Tdee 2658cals currently over at 3000cals
Vitamins and mineral supps
Vit b,vit c,multi vit,omega 3,green tea,caffeine,milk thistle
Compounds and cycle
Week 1 s'drol,h'drol & methyl tren 1 cap twice daily
Week 2 s'drol,h'drol & methyl tren 3 caps daily
Week 3 as above
Week 4 s'drol,h'drol & methyl tren 3/4 caps daily (I'm unsure here as protocol and guidelines differ so I may stick with 3)
Creatine mono hydrate 5mgs daily
Kre alyk 2 caps pre work out
