been dieting four weeks and hit wall so decided to carb cycle to blast through it.

I count my calories but do not group them into meals when I do. I eat around every hour past 5 o clock. before that every two hours so I probably get 6-10 meals a day depending on the day.
This is what I eat in one day
1/4 cup of mandarin oranges

3 ounces of pork spare ribs

23 ounces of chicken tenderloins
12 ounces of chicken breast
6 egg whites
1/3 cup of brown rice (measured dry eaten pre workout)
5 slices of bacon

1 sheet of fruit leather
id drop this
270 grams of broccoli
id eat more of this and spinach (raw) and romaine/salad stuff
.25 cups of shredded cheddar
i guess u gotta be able to keep something
macros: 90g fat - 74g carb - 305g protein -18g sugar
suppements: 6g fish oil, 1 animalpak, 3g vitamin c
macros stay the same every day, carb sources may change but is always whole grain or other low glycemic carb, meats might change from prk to steak and chicken to fish depending on my mood.
carb load on the weekends
lift weights 4-5 days a week
run 15 minutes post workout and then 30 minutes a few hours after lifting weights.
Mostly what I am wondering is whether or not my fat sources are good or bad. All other critique is also welcome and wanted
