Really random question, I'm taking PH, at the recommended dosages. I was on my 3rd week and on Wednesday (my back day) I did some dead-lifts. Felt great until the next day. Lower back was all stiff and it hurt bad. Kinda in the kidney areas on both sides. I've been drinking a lot of water and its 2 days later, still stiff. Its kind of better but what should I do?
