Im 23 6,4 right now around 240 and work shiftwork soo It makes going to the gym difficult i do 5 days 5 night 5 off i try to work out my 5 days and 5 off leaving the nights for rest, my workouts are loosely based on Dorian Yates "blood and Guts". I'm a bigger boned guy and i can gain and lose weight pretty quickly though i find i retain water and bloat quite easily. I'm taking protein and creatine/glutamine as a post workout and have been cycling off and on for quite a longtime unfortunately those and hard work and time at the gym never really give me the results I'm looking for so often i lose confidence in my cycle or attaining my goals, i was looking at trying maybe a low dose of deca to see if that will help give me that extra boost to reach my goals(any other suggestions i would love to hear aswell. ive done a fair amount of research on the web and word of mouth unfortunately there's alot of contradiction out there so i would appreciate any and all opinions on it. right now my goals are to lean out a bit and gain some size on my arms chest and shoulders, I admit up until now my diet hasn't been as strict as it should be but thats changed im ready to start seeing some better results.
any opinions and advice will be appreciated and i must apologize for my grammar and spelling but i admit its not my strong suit
