I am new to this site and looking for advice. I am considering taking something. Possibly Var or Winny. But I would love some personal experiences and advice before I make such a big decision.
First off, I am 31, female, with two kids (6 and 4) 5'6 and fluctuate between 125 and 130 lbs. I have been working out my whole life but just started lifting weights 2 years ago. I have packed on about 12lbs of muscle, which I love! I would like to do a figure or bikini competition sometime in the next year, but I am struggling to get my quads, hams and glutes more developed. I want to take something to help me build, but I am scared of the androgenic side affects. Can you tell me about your personal experiences and maybe post pics?
My Goal being to add another 5-10 lbs of muscle and shed some fat. below is my diet and workout routine for you to check out.
I work out 6-7 days a week with a four day body part rotation ie.
day 1
Chest/biceps/Abs 3 exercises for each 4 sets of 15 reps high weight
day2
legs/calf heavy squats and dead lifts etc. 4 sets of 15 reps
day 3
Shoulders/Triceps/Abs 3 exercises for each body part 4 sets of 15 reps
day 4
back/glutes same sets and reps as above
DIET
1400 cal a day 51% protein, complex carbs 36% Fats 13%
Protein: 99% fat free chicken, turkey, fish....
complex carbs: sweet potatoes, brown rice, quinoa,
fats: flax oil, avocado, fish oil supplements,
6-7 meals a day with a post workout protein shake (isopure) and 45 min of cardio before breakfast.
