    can you train for hyperplasia?

I've been researching this, and short of becoming a personal trainer for a load of birds, chickens and cats ive not had much helpful information.

i did however come across an article that delved into the human aspect of hyperplasia, but it was just the authors view/opinion, nothing substantial.

have any of you guys/gals any input regarding training for hyperplasia or is hypertrophy the only gain to be had from training.

ive came across the hyperplasia develpoment from some peptides, but looking for a manual/natty approach.

Hyperplasia can only be accomplished through the use of HGH/IGF-1. And even then...
You're born with the majority of your muscle cells, which you can then just increase in size through training.
