    Why veggies are good?

i hate veggies and i almost dont eat them i find them usles in bulking cycle. they got no protein, no fat and very little carbs. so what's the point eating veggies during bulking? cutting is different.
the reason i'm asking cause ppl tell me that i don't have fibrous vegis in my diet plan. why should i have them? what's the benefit?(bulking)

I'm not much of a fan either but one reason is because it helps with ur BM's. also some veggies do have certain vitamins and minerals.

there are really no short term effects of not eating your veggies. But veggies have many properties about them that contribute to a healthy diet. For one, there is fiber. for another, there are certain trace minerals that you cannot get from a multi vitamin. They contain anti oxidants. They help lower BP and cholesterol. For men, they help improve prostate function.

You will not Die if you neglect eating veggies. But by not eating them, you are also not optimizing your nutritional plan.

Thanks for clarifying. I guess I'll include some broccoli and coli flower once a day in my diet

Furthermore - these antioxidants 'clean up' free radicals in your body whose presence would be counterproductive to our lifestyle at best, and harmful to your health at worst. Veggies are particularly important to include in a cutting diet for this reason, IMO.
