Hey guys what do you guys think of this workout plan while on my cycle (deca and test)
Mon- Chest, Tri (4 chest 3 tri exercises)
Tues- Legs, Abs and traps (3 legs, 2 ab exercises)
Wed- off
Thurs- Shoulders, Abs (4 shoulder, 2 ab exercises)
Fri- Legs, Calves (3 leg, 2 calve exercises)
Sat- Back, Bi (5 back, 3 bi exercises)
Sun- off
Too much? not enough? 3 sets per exercise and 8-10 reps is what I'm thinking. I wanna bulk up gain 10-15 lbs in 14 weeks, 6 foot 195lbs
