    on cycle lifting regimen.

    Chest/tris 3 monday
    back/bis Monday Tuesday
    Wednesday legs/core
    Thursday cardio 1:30
    Friday shoulders/forearms
    Saturday Cardio 2 hours
    Sunday off

    I'll do 3-5 sets of 15 superset all exercise
    I'm on a bulk cycle this is a while on bulk cycle regimen is it ok please critque thanks guys.

    Seems like alot of cardio on thurs, sat for a bulk cycle man, I would cut down cardio tiems down to 1hour or maybe keep one longer like your 1hour 30mins one and take that hour on saturday to train something maybe a lagging muscle that has already had time to rebuild and repair from a earlier workout say tris or bis, maybe some back, also youmight want to drop your reps from 15 to say 10-12 and then add another set to your usual 3-5 set regime, otherwise it sounds great! Good luck hope you get all the gains you are after, im currently on a bulking 12week cycle myself I tend to same most of my cardio for post-cycle personally

    Throw out the cardio session and train arms only on Thursday. There's no way that you can really hit bi's or tri's after pre-exhausting them with compound movements for chest/back. My arms only began to grow after doing this exact thing I'm telling you.
