    Old Dog Learning something new

    Hello all-
I came across this site the other day, and I am looking forward to being part of the community.
I was in the Army for 25 years, and am now contracting in Afghanistan.
After many years of neglecting my body, I am taking better care of it, and looking to push my physical fitness to the next level.
I am mainly looking for strength and endurance supplementation, and will continue to read and learn before asking questions that have already been answered.
    Thank you for having me.
    V/r

I do understand the the search engine is my friend here, and will attempt to get as many answers as I can through that.
At 52, I want to do things right!

Spend a bit of time in our TRT forums, you will find a plethora of info there.

Once again thank you all for the warmest of welcomes.
As Austinite suggested, I have been doing a lot of reading up on TRT/HRT the past few hours.
It sounds right up my alley at 52, as I have pretty much come to a very long and drawn out plateau in my training.
What an amazing forum you have here and very professional. It is certainly appreciated.
Being in Afghanistan, I am interested in finding out the availability of some of these supplements.
More research is very much in order.
Thanks Big Guns....I will do just that :-).
