I am 6 feet and was on keto diet for 6months,it made me hell weak and it was disaster too but i am with the results and right now i am 83kgs(on bulk) but thinking to start a this cycle :-
Weeks 1-10 150mg test prop - EOD
Weeks 3-8 50mg Tren ace - EOD
Weeks 2-10 1000iu HCG per week
Weeks 12-15Clomid 100/100/75/50
Weeks 1-10 Armidex 0.5mg - ED
weeks 1-10 0.5 caber E3d
i know tren is not for novice but i am so tempted by the results it gives! :O :O

Stick to test, mayb switch ester if u wana bulk. It's just water retention yes, but prop ed/eod, vs 2x wk.
Essentially it's up to u.

well i will be following "Jim Stoppani's 12-Week Shortcut To Size" and my diet will be 3600 calories. 280 grams of protein. 350 grams of carbs. 108 grams of fat.
Thas a lot of fat and carbs IMO. It's def not gonna b a lean clean bulk.
