Hopefully you have more than one vial or it's a really ig one...otherwise you are wasting your time!
What are you full stats?
21 is a bit young to be starting AAS. But if youre determined to begin cycle, have a look at this thread. You may find a lot of your answers here.

How many vials do i need it is 12 ml
You have come to a great place for advice. Use the search function and spend some time here. You won't learn everything you need to know at once but you'll learn the exact reasons why you aren't ready to run any gear yet.
100mg X EOD (3.5 average)=350mg
350mg X 8 weeks =2800 mg what you need
12ML X150mg/ML=1800mg what you have
This doesn't take into consideration the fact that MOST vials are less than they say and residual loss. You would need another vial for sure!
More importantly you should read the link Mick provided.
One vial will last you 6 weeks a 300 mg a week. So you'll want more. Standard "get your feet wet" cycle is 500 mg/week for 10 weeks.
So 2 vials how much should I inject

Please edit your price out of your comment. We do not discuss prices here. Thank you.
Why didnt you look at the link i provided? If you did, you'd know the answer to your question.
Sorry new at this. I did look but I doesnt say nothing about if I'm getting ripped off or not
Mick...why do you ask such silly questions? He didn't look at the link because it might explain how his health is in jeopordy and that his HPTA may never recover. He doesnt want to be told that he most likely could reach his goals with a better diet and solid gym routine. Thats not the "quick fix" he want's handed to him.
So stop wasting everyones time by trying to educate them in the safest possible methods of AAS use! Just plain silly!
I come here for advice not criticism so I know that there is a chance of me messing up my health but my diet and gym routine is amazing I don't need that input to be a athlete I need something a little extra so thanks anyways bud
Thanks for the advice anyways I'll just wing it and see how it goes
See you in a month when you've screwed yourself up.Originally Posted by m.johnson_48

Help us help you! lay out your full stats for us and tell us what your goal are!!!!!!!!!!!
See you then (:

No worries. He wasn't the first and won't be the last. Guys like that are unfortunately a dime a dozen. The sad thing is that there are so many guys here with YEARS of successful cycling who have achieved incredible results and vast knowledge that he could truly benefit by leaving his attitude at the door. We didn't ask him to come here. He came looking for our advice.Originally Posted by Lunk1

His loss. Not ours.
Yes carbs such as potatoes and lots and lots of stramed broccoli
Your diet is not amazing. Especially if you don't have your total macros broken down.
You need to work out your TDEE and calculate what your calorie needs and macros should be before you do anything.
There is a nutrition section in this forum, go there.
Do you know about PCT? HCG? Read the stickies.
