Thread: How much to eat PRE/POST workout?

    How much to eat PRE/POST workout?

    I know it is important to eat a lot of carbohydrates and proteins before and after my workout, but how much exactly? I don't want to be over-doing it after my workout and stacking too many carbs, yet I don't want to deny my body nutrients it so desperately needs. I'm kind of going out on a limb here, any takers?

    There's no 'one size fits all' answer to this question. It all depends on your specific caloric goals/needs, macro breakdown, etc. Generally speaking, 30-50g of each is usually sufficient.
