Sidelined-what to do to minimize loss of gains?

    Hey everyone,

I'm about halfway through week two of pct. Earlier in the week, I started having some issues in my right forearm/wrist. Went to the doctor today and they told me I have a pinched nerve. I'm basically sidelined for a couple of weeks until I can get the swelling knocked down.
I was hoping for some suggestions as far as what I can do to minimize my losses as far as the gains I picked up on the last cycle. I know keeping my diet on track is critical, and I'll still be able to do cardio. Am I just gonna have to chalk this one up as a loss?

Nothing other than diet. If you can't workout you can't workout. Sucks but happens to everyone once in a while. Hit those legs hard. good luck.

You can still do certain isolation exercises using machines that don't invole gripping with your hands.

Yeah, I thought as much. Guess I'll be hammering legs for the new couple of weeks. The problem that the nerve pain starts toward my upper forearm, so even stuff that works my forearm at all (pretty much anything) leaves me in agony. Lots of ice/rest/medrol should help.
