Hello guys. I just saw a thread posted by someone else about his supplementation and that he got some useful ideas and recommendations on how to improve it. So that is what i want to do. Well , my stats, 1.82cm, 80kg, 19 years old. My goal is just to get bigger, as big as possible, lean mass. My calorie intake is about 3-4000 calories daily mixing food and supplements. So here are the ones i use:
Cytogainer (cytosport), 2 scoops just after breakfast (not in training days) plus 4 scoops during the day
Carnivor mass (musclem*ds), 2 scoops just after breakfast (in training days) plus 2 scoops post workout
Uni liver (universal), 9 caps a day, 3 after each big meal (breakfast-lunch-dinner)
Vitabolic (nutrabolics), 1 cap with breakfast
Bromelain, 2 caps (1 with breakfast-1 with lunch)
K-otic (efx), 20 minutes prior to workout, 1 scoop
Any thoughts/suggestions?
