It baffles me why people come here, seeking advice, and then parade around like they know best. Knock yourself out. Why bother asking if you aren't going to listen?
I've been training consistently for almost 6 years now and had trainers every step of the way. It's not for a lack of knowledge that I work with trainers, rather I'm always looking for new challenges to my work outs and ways to push myself further than the last time. My current trainer is a former body builder, has competed in a dozen comps and has helped several men and women prepare for and successfully compete in body building competitions. I'm on my fourth cycle and have the fifth planned for spring when I tune up for my competition in the fall. I'm also a physician so health, fitness, and body mechanics are more than just a hobby for me.
But hey if you know better, far be it from me (or the other extremely knowledgable members) to stand in your way!
Just remember......a smart man learns from his mistakes but a smarter man learns from the mistakes of others.
