Hi Guys, about to start a test E cycle only,just want my diet checked,I'm 41 172lbs approx 12% bf
been orking out for quite a few years,havent done any test before.I want to gain some more mass, but clean mass want to limit bloat and fat.have my ai and hcg in order.
typic day
6:30 am1st meal:1cup oatmeal,1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
scambled eggs,1 whole egg,4 egg whites
coffee
9:30-10am: 4oz chicken/turkey
1cup brown rice
1 cup veggies
12pm-1pm: can tuna, or 4-6oz lean meat
4oz yams
1 cup veggies
2:30--3pm: protein shake/ or 4oz meat and cup veggies
4:30-4:45: prework out drink
6pm-6:30 right after workout,meal replacement(labrada)
7pm-7:30: 4-6oz lean meat
1cup veggies
