Hcg mixing

Ok I'm about to mix my hcg but I'm awful at math and I can't figure out how to be able to get a injection of 500 iu. I have of liquid 10000 iu bottle of hcg and 1 20 ml bottle of bac water. I know I'm not gonna use the whole whole amount of bac water because the water will go bad before I finish my cycle. It says it has a 28 day shelf life after its open. I have more on the way just looking for help. Thanks

Reconstitute with 4ML Bac Water and then you will have 500iu at the .20 mark on your slin pin.

500iu the day before each pin of 250 mg test e for 10 weeks

You dont need that much. 250iu twice a wk day before test is fine bro.

Mix it like i said, but use the .10ML on the slin pin for 250iu.

Thanks again. This is my first cycle and I don't want to mess my body up cause I've been wanting to do this for a long time but I knew I had to build myself up first and now I have a legit source. I hope to be a long time user the right way and hopefully compete on the amateur level one day. Thanks again
