Every 6 hours, or close to it, because of short active life.

Yeah like said 2 x shots a week Monday morning Thursday night. The dianabol I would bump to 40mgs and take 10mg every 4 hours. 8 o'clock am 12 o'clock 4 o'clock pm 8 o'clock pm.
Dianabol is best spread through 24 hours of the day but you can hardly take then when your sleeping lol
