First cycle consisted of Only Test Prop 100mg eod for 8weeks...
The goal is to put on some solid lean mass, try to stay lean throughout the cycle and keep my diet on top!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been thinking about starting with relatively low dose since its my second cycle..
Cycle Plan:
Week:1-12/ 250mg Test E/week. If you want to make solid gains you should consider 500mg/wk
Week:1-12/ 100mg Nandrolone D/week. You can increase this too
Week:1-4/ Dianabol 10mg daily first week ,increase 10mg daily every week. Maybe 10-15mg for 8weeks or longer time not decided. Stick with a steady dose throughout the 4 weeks. No need to ramp.
Week:6-12/ Clenbuterol/ 20mcg two first weeks , 2 weeks off 40mcg rest weeks. Ramp the clen daily until you get to 100mcg/ed to 120mcg/ed. on 2wks, off 2wks is good.
