Hey guys. On ur next chest day if u feel like mixing it up try this.
Definatley Leave your ego at the door.

Incline DB flyes superset to Incline DB press
Do 5 sets, 10 reps, 1 min rest between sets.
(Focus a lot on heavy flyes, u will be a lot weaker on the press's but focus on the contraction and squeezing)

Flat DB flyes superset to Flat BB/DB press
    5 sets, 10 reps, 1 min rest,
    (Same as incline info)

    Bodyweight chest dips
4 sets, to failure, 1 min rest.

The pump is unbelievable! Honestly give it a go and tell me how use like it!

I got a friend that does a similar routine but does push-ups in between sets. I worked out with him once, it was definitely one of the toughest routines I've done

Yeah he's a nut haha. Funny thing is he is like 5'6 140lbs but he is very strong for his size and just trains crazy. He didn't start the routine like that but added things in as it got easier to keep intensity

I would employ this during PCT. Good idea.

We have one of the machines for doing flyes, where you are seated and that you hold onto with your hands. I really love to do flyes on that as the amount of force required is maintained throughout the range of motion istead of starting really high at full extension then dropping to nothing as the wieghts reach the top of the motion.

I will have had great results concentration on using very slow controlled movement on negatives, however I have always used this machine after bench as a secondary exercise. I will try shifting it to the primary role and see how it works out.

Yeah, sounds like a permutation of FST training... good for pumps no doubt
