Halfway into my training session I get a little brain fog, a yawn or two. I don't like stimulants, just something with a BANG that will shock my senses. I was thinking straight water and lemon juice... Other ideas?

I've tried taking a glutamine supplement intra-workout with good results as well as Purple Wraath (no stimulants, just BCAA's)...you could prob get the same effect from any other BCAA supplement too.
