    Mad Pumps

They are back. . . . Last cycle when I started blowing up I started getting mad pumps in my lower legs while doing cardio. I said fvck it and stopped doing cardio. Yeah, that's not gonna happen now. . . Me no like the fat juicer look.

So, is this a standard while on sauce? What is it caused by? Any way to cut it down a bit?

Along with my wack ass leg pumps I seem to be getting winded more. Ummm, me no like that. . . . . I am not getting fatter by the minute like the first time around. The first time I kind of related it to my massive fast weight gain. But, apparently it is caused by the juice.

    Thoughts?

If you are gaining a lot of fat you are not training properly, eating the right food, consuming too many calories or you have bunk gear.

Go swimming for cardio if the pumps are too much for you.

I love the pumps that I get on cycle. I will admit that sometimes they get so intense I can barley handle it, but love it none the less.

You can help the pumps by increasing your potassium intake and consuming more water. Try around 1.5 gallons a day depending on your weight. You can also supplement Taurine to help.

I do like the pumps everywhere else. I miss those off cycle. . . . But, the shit in my legs bugs.

Cool, I will try upping the water intake and the potassium intake.

Where are we talking in your legs? Knees? Ankles? Shins?

I don't mind pumps in my legs anywhere above the knee but when my knees/ankles/ or shins start bother me that's when I have a problem.

How old are your shoes? New shoe's can make a huge difference believe it or not. I had some old ones that used to give me killer shin splints.

The pump is increased blood flow that rushes into the muscle whenever they are stressed with weight training.

AAS cause more muscle cell volume as well as increase the nutrients utilized when you contract the muscles. This can lead to more intense and more frequent "pumps" you could say.

I get those pumps in my legs and sole of feet when I am on dbol.

Once I almost fainted from the pain, I was doing pull ups and then let go and landed on my feet, I felt as if all veins have shattered in the sole of my feet. Most painful thing ever!

    Sounds quite awesome.

I noticed them the worst on the treadmill yesterday. I pushed past it, but it's not a pleasant feeling.
