Thread: First Cycle (here we go again, I know)

First Cycle (here we go again, I know)

    Background:

21 years old, 200 lb, 5'9", 8% body fat, been lifting for around 3 years, have great genetics, I know how to train, what supplements to take and I track all my foods.

    Aim from the cycle:

This may sound stupid, but to be honest I just like trying new things, so it's partly for intellectual curiosity. This curiosity has led me in the past to try almost every drug out there: from salvia, to cocaine, to LSD to MDMA. I've tried almost everything, but only ONCE, that has been my rule and promise to myself. I'm glad to say so far I've kept it that promise. And since I body build for a hobby, you can just imagine how much steroids have aroused my curiosity. This will be my first and last cycle, so I wanna make sure it's worth it and I want to get out of it as much as possible.

    What I'm planning to do:

I know I still have a lot of research and digging to do, so I'll probably be running this cycle in a month or two, when I have all my questions answered and everything on track. But from what I've looked into and read so far, I think I'll go with 500 mg of Test e along with 60 mg of Anavar. My goal is to make LEAN gains (hence the Anavar). Still not sure what I need for PCT or how long to run each. If anyone can help me with these two question I'll be very thankful!

You're too young and risking permanent damage. Wait until you're older. And honestly I don't see the point in just once cycle. You will eventually slip back to your genetic limit. If you aren't going to keep cycling, no reason to disrupt your body and its hormones. Post some pictures though, very impressive stats for your age if legit

I'm still not at my genetic limit yet, and I have a few lagging body parts. That's where I could use the little extra help. And I don't really think one well-planned cycle can do permanent damage, I'm pretty healthy and my body can handle itself.

I respectfully disagree with you. This has been documented and it could happen to you as well. Im not suggesting it will, but the possibility is always there, particularly at your age. It’s best to know the complications and associated health risks that could affect you should you decide to embark on this journey sooner than later. A few more years to allow your developing endocrine system to finish growing and then perhaps look at using AAS
