Hey guys, just a quick introduction. I've been reading these forums for about 10 months, trying to learn as much as i can from people with experience, so now i thought its about time i would formally introduce myself. I've managed to reduce my weight from 245 lbs at 28% body fat to 202 lbs, keeping most of my LBM, trying to get as close to 10% as possible.
The main reason I've also posted this is for some help from the other members. Can you have a look at my recent pictures below and let me know what body fat you think i'm currently at? Haven't got a clue when it comes to guesstimating, but here are some current stats:
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 202 lbs
Waist: 31"
Hips: 34"
Chest: 45"
Arms: 16"
Any area that Iam lacking? Any constructive critisism would go a long way. Much appreciated, thanks in advance.
