I have been an athlete my whole life and been training for sports and recreation for over the past 20years… I played football at the division one level and have continued to train and diet since hanging up my cleats. I have only supplemented with creatine, protein and vitamins and have yet try anything in the way of AAS supplementation. Mostly because we got tested by the NCAA and also because I hadn’t really need it and/or done any serious research on them. As I am getting older I am reaching more and more palates in the gym. I seem like I have lost the bounce in my legs and feel like I strain my calf’s every other time I go for a run or train hard. I also just can’t seem to get rid of the extra fat around my mid section. I always had to carry extra weight when I played football. Now an athletic beach body is all I need and am going for these days… With that said I began my research and have come up with the following cycle plan including aromatase inhibitors to fight the potential side effects and PCT to help me restore my natural levels and come off my cycle. I would like any input you can offer as far as dosing and the supplements I have chosen. If you have any personal experience please feel free to let me know. Also if you see any changes I could make that would be greatly appreciated.
The following is the plan that I am considering:
Testosterone Propionate 500mg/week 12 weeks
(aprox 150mg every other day)
Arimidex 1mg tablet/ every other day 12 weeks
PCT starting 3 days after my last injection
Nolvadex 40mg/week 2 weeks
20mg/week 2 weeks
10mg/week 2 weeks
(I have found Nolvadex in 20mg tablets, what is the best way to dose this?)
HCG 500 iu/day 10days
Please let me know what you think… I have chosen Test P because of its short ester and high potency of actually testosterone. I also wanted to stay away from any of the other supplements that were progestins due to the side effects… I’d consider Deca but then again I am only looking for overall physical fitness, physic and strength. I dont feel it is necessary… I am concerned about the side effects with any of the supplements that is why I feel like I have tried to cover all my bases with the AI’s and PCT plan. Please let me know what you think and if you have any experience with this type of cycle. I appreciate you input.
