    Need experienced opinion on cycle

    I have a 10ml vial of ara-test 2500 250 mg/per ml and a 10ml vial of nandrolone Decanoate 300 mg/ per ml. I also have 4 30 ml bottles of 10mg/ml of exemestane. Im 6 ft 1in and weigh 205. im really not wanting to bulk up a whole lot, just want to trim body fat and build some lean muscle. What would be the best way to use what i have available and what if anything do i need to add to it? I dont want to blow up and lose it all after the cycles over. Is it beneficial to take low doses for a longer period of time or try to use everything i have in 6 weeks? i need help. Id appreciate any advice.

    You dont have enough test to run a worth while cycle. What is your age and body fat?

    This sounds like it would be your first cycle and I have to tell you, your no where near ready. You should read through the threads and have a look how knowledgable some if the first timers are. Read the pct section.
    At a guess I could say you could achieve your goals without AAS just look in the nutrition section

    Age? Other stats? Test will not make you lean! What is your diet look like? Cardio? Any AI or pct?

    Cardio and diet will burn fat! No need for any of those compounds listed if all you want is slight bulking and getting cut... Diet and cardio... Post your diet in nutrition section... You will put on body fat while taking some AAS if your diet isn't in check...

    Im 26 and im not sure what body fat % is right now. I have done some research and couldnt find anything to help me with the small amount of stuff i have since most everything i found were much longer cycles with a lot higher dosages and thats why i was curious if what i had was even worth doing and if it would benefit me at all. And ive read as far as pct goes people saying that exemestane, clomid, nolvadex etc arent worth taking on a short low dose cycle and was wanting advice on that. Didnt wanna come in here acting like i knew anything, i wanted to hear what experienced guys had to say

    And yes i agree i could get what i want without anything but was just curious if what i had would help any.

    Very good statement
    First of all cycles should be done when training has been maxed out

    First cycle should be test at around 500 mg week and for around 10-12 weeks

    A.i's should always be kept on hand in case symptoms of excess estrogen occur.

    Personally I think pct should always be done wether some one has cycled 2 weeks or 24, the pct type depends on the type if cycle

    Just a couple of snippets of advice to look into and research

    Getting back to your goals 'leaning out'
    what is your training experience?
    We need your body fat % which is exactly what it sounds like.
    What does your diet look like? Macros and calories?

    It's not beneficial to shut down your natural test if your not going for 12+ weeks... What you have is not sufficient to do it correctly...

    Sorry, for some reason my comp hasnt been letting me reply. Thanks for the advice. And judging by the pics im closer to 20 percent than 25. and my diet is out of wack, i work nights four days a week then try to get back on days on weekends so its kind of jacked up, i take in lots of protein, not enough vegetables, lots of sodium, its not good i know. Dont get me wrong, i want to build muscle, just not trying to look like the typical guy on steroids gaining 20 lbs in a matter of weeks and slowly losing it when my bodys natural test cant keep up.

    Yeah... Work on your diet for a bit.... Get to under 15% BF... If your body fat is higher than 15% you are setting yourself up for bad side effects! Lean out first, read articles on beginner cycles and in a few months you'll be ready! Don't start with what you have or where you are at because you are setting yourself up for failure... Good luck!
