    Joint pains

Elbow and shoulders joints have flared up some. Not so bad I miss gym time or have my workouts adversely effected. I use ice to control pain.. Any other suggestions? H, I'm on 250 mg of test e.

    Osteoarthritis

A review by S. Brien, P. Prescott, N. Bashir, H. Lewith and G. Lewith of the two small randomized controlled trials of methylsulfonylmethane in osteoarthritis knee pain relief[12][13] "reported significant improvement in pain outcomes in the treatment group compared to comparator treatments; however, methodological issues and concerns over optimal dosage and treatment period were highlighted."[14]

Hyualoric acid complements MSM. I'm gonna start supplementing them together

Just recovered from a strained rotator cuff. Just lots of internal and external rotations w a band. Took about 6 weeks to heal completely.

I've been to a couple of doctors/physiotherapist for my knee. One suggested a knee sleeve. One said to ditch the sleeve. After one day of wearing it my pain is almost completely subsided. I'm going to keep using it until I get better or notice adverse side effects. Might be worth seeing if one for your elbow would help.

Try using 1cc of Deca every 7 days... I have flare ups in both shoulders and elbows... In 3 weeks it went away

MSM is great stuff! If you are looking for a great product try "animal flex" its basically everything you need. I get bad elbow flair ups as well as knee and ankle pains and since I have been on this stuff I am back to 100%. ITs cheap and you will not regret it.
