    New cycle, edit for me please.

    Hi its me again,

    Just to let you all know previous courses are dianabol on its own, and then Test on its own with Chlomid to rap up..

    Both cycles were excellent, but now its been around 3 months off anything, just natural gym work and feel like i can do with getting some real muscle to pop.


    So im going to take turinabol , but what should i stack it with?? Test or sust.


    Also going to run this for 12 weeks at 3/4 tabs a day and 1 mil a week.


    IM 100% SET, so please dont tell me to hold off a bit, i want a 3rd cycle and a better one, more gains ... harder training, bigger eating, etc.

    What kind of gains did you get from those "cycles?" What's your diet like? You only have 7 months in the gym and have already ran AAS without any real experience in the gym. You might surprise yourself if you make sure your diet is solid and your training is geared towards your goals. What's your training routine like? Can you share those w/us so we have a better understanding?

    My routine is:

    Monday: Chest / Triceps
    Tuesday: Biceps/ Forearms
    Wed : REST
    Thursday : Legs / Abs
    Friday : Back and shoulders
    Saturday: throw in some more abs and leg work. and touch up on what needs finishing.

    My diet consist of 2600 calories a day. im tighning this day by day.


    My goals are to get some nice lean muscle, im done bulking , i want to get the muscle pumped, hard and shaped.

    Then i will finish properly cutting.


    Tips


    What can i take with terinabol or should i ditcht this and hit somethin like CLEN

    Hit the diet forum and post up your macros. I really doubt you have reached your genetic potential and you would be robbing yourself out of some gains.

    been their done that, never get any help in the diet area.

    So i turn to you guys for some assistance.

    To be truthfully honest im looking to gain lean muscle and drop some size (FAT)

    I need a kick start to get into it, so im thinking Turinabol or Clen or Sust?


    What one should i go for and do you think 8-12 weeks will leave some nice gains with a steady diet.

    If you want to lose fat then steroids are not it... Cardio and diet burn fat... Good luck !

    I knew this thread was going to head in this direction. Nowhere. You know why? Because its clear you've made up you mind already. You're not really looking for advice - you're looking for support. And you'll make any excuse up you can to support your decisions.

    I recommend you listen to others in this thread who have attempted to point you in the safest direction and give you the best advice they can.

    besides what everyone else already said you clearly dont understand even the dosages you are taking. 1ml means nothing things come in different strength per ml. Same with tabs.
    and test or sust? um sust is test
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Everyone, i know the dosages , i meant 1mil of test per week.

    I will be taking Turinabol ALONE. This will be taken at 50mg ED.

    1 in morning, 2 with lunch, 2 before gym.

    I may start at 30mg ED for the first 1-2 weeks then up it to 50mg ED.


    Please dont write a comment stating im asking for you to support me so i feel like this is right choice? im not a little child, grow up. I am going ahead with this decision, i am both old enough and have ran 2 minor cycles before. This is again a minor cycle and is around 4 months since my last.

    I am hitting the gym hard still to this day, i just thought this is the place to get help and information on certain topics but its just full of Roid heads who want to diss you and basically post pointless helpless posts.

    DONT GET ME WRONG, THERE ARE MANY OF YOU THAT DO ACTUALLY HELP AND ARE REALLY NICE TO TALK TO.

    Bro we are not looking at you like a child.We are looking at you like someone who really dont know wat he is doing.We are here to help.When you say 1ml of test a week.That means nothing to us.You need to tell us how many mg a week you are doing.

    ok sorry bro. Must of read things wrong// i am not taking test at the moment

    i am just taking turinabol alone. 50-60mg ED, i wont really need PCT for an 8 week cycle but may run one just incase.


    I was just wondering if i should spread it, 2 morning 2 lunch and 2 before gym or just 3 morning 3 evening whats best.
