Thread: stack to much for beginner?

    stack to much for beginner?

    I'm looking to start a cycle to gain mass.
    I am 6'6 196, and have a really fast metabolism. Ive been lifting for a while, and have added some definition but no real mass

    i found a mass stack at buysteriods website
    it inclues
    test 600x - tren 75 - deca 200 - danabol 25

    Is this to much to start with? would i need to add a pct or liver care?

    since these are not "real anabolic steroids" feel free to get the ultimate mass stack...lol.

    if you read the disclaimer, these are "legal steroid alternatives" , not actual AAS.

    and no PCT or liver protection required...

    although at your height and weight, i think you would probably be better off spending your money on food... and lots of it.

    Yea they are prohormones which are 9 times outta 10 worse for your body. You are better off running just test, an ai and pct man.

    Don't take anything man seriously just diet and train hard. You do it right and you will get steroid like gains.

    they're not pro hormones, they are herbal supplements...

    OP, you need to EAT more, if you have a 'really fast metabolism' , that just means you have to eat even more...

    keep increasing your food intake until you start gaining weight, when you come to a plateau, increase again..

    Thanks for the advice guys.

    heres my story.

    I'm 20, 6 foot 6 196 pounds. Ive had problems with low energy my whole life, i found out its a thyroid problem. Ive been taking vitamins for that.
    I worked out hard all summer, and got alot of definition but no size. My coach gave me some shots of testosterone, but i ran out and never got more. NOt exaclty sure what it was. I know its what he took and hes huge.
    I went to a small naia college to play basketball this year, so i was doing a ton of cardio obviously.
    but that didn't work out so im home now just working and trying to get big.

    What should i take as far as cratine goes? i also have some russian bear i was going to take if anyone has had results with that.
    I need to figure out a good plan for lifting. ive been looking up ecto morph workouts, and found some good stuff.
    what do you guys think?

    If your coach randomly gave you some shots of testosterone, you need to have him locked up. First thing you should do right now is get some BW done to see where your testosterone levels are at. I dont know how long it has been since he pretended to be your doctor, but a few shots of test can shut you down and you may need a boost to recover.
    Also, creatine is good and it works. Like Kronik said, food is the solution. If your Thyroid is messed up, a real doctor can help you manage that problem. AAS, for you right now, is premature. You are only 20 and have plenty of time to grow. Good luck!

    Every new post makes me cringe. So many things gone wrong, but heck, at least OP is here asking for help. That's a start.

    I agree with Warmouth. BW is something you should have done so you know what's going on with your body now.

    If you have a thyroid issue, you need medication. Once u take that medication for 21 days, you will notice a difference. I have hypothyroidism and can assure you that it really does change how you feel. I quit my synthetic thyroid because i thought it was bs and low and behold I'm back on them. For life . Go see a thyroid specialist. Most GP's have limited knowledge of this condition and will not be much help IMO

    na man starting with 4 compounds as first cycle is nothing big everybody does it

    thanks for the help.
    I got stuff my my hyperthyroidism. Im going to get creatine and take it with russian bear, and increase my calorie intake to 5000 a day.
    my workout looks likes this.
    m - triceps and chest
    tues - biceps and back
    thursday - shoulders
    friday - legs
