True, Lunk1, and I have tried that with protien, other supplements and dieting, especially while deployed. The most I have gained is 8 pounds. I did say that my diet was not great, but I do eat healthy. My body type, mesomorph, does not make it easy, which is why I am looking into another way. I have mulled over this for a long time, years actually, and have come to the conclusion that is the path I want to take. I am not jumping into this recklessly and without research. I do appreciate your concern and I will use the forums, as I have already for other information, and follow a set diet while gearing. Being in the Army, eating right and exercising daily isn't enough, apparently. Thank you for your post and information, I hope to see more helpful tips from you and others...which is why I came here.
