    Bear with me, cycle question

    Ok, this will be my third cycle after a shit first and fake second. I am rather optimistic about ordering online but I have done my research and hopefully it will be good this time. I only wish I had 45 posts to get some real info. Anyway, in true n00b fashion, here are my stats and next cycle.

    67"
    150lbs
    10-15%BF
    Testosterone -Cypionate (400 mg/wk), Nandrolone Decanoate (200 mg/wk), and Methandrostenolone (30mg/ed) for 10 weeks.

    Not sure about the right PCT yet, could use some input. Was thinking Clomid or Nolvadex as my research has shown, it is the most popular. On the PCT note, how effective is "on cycle" therapy. I had some left in my room when I was deployed, along with hundreds of dollars of other supplements, that I never used. It has shit like milk thistle, grape seed oil, etc. I have never used a PCT before but with this cycle I think I should. I am, as always, open to critique and any suggestions you have.

    67" is 67 inches or 5'7", 5ft, 7inches. And I do kick boxing and jiu jitsu, not ninjitsu. *snicker*

    Basically, this is your first cycle. What have you read so far?

    How about the SERM's and AI thread for you PCT?

    hCG thread? Did you read that?

    If ur 2nd cycle was fake then this is ur 2nd. And i said that ur 1st was shit. So i would drop everything besides the test and do a good real first cycle. There is no need for u to yake so much

    listen forget these guys man, depending on if its injection or that fake pill crap they sell all over the internet i would suggest not taking those pills... Ive done a few cycles myself im off everything right now im currently 5'11 180 lbs and im guessing around the same bf as you like 12-15 % also just started taking cell tech which i would recommend taking along with your cycle if your looking to bulk... The bet results vie seen are with just one test alone, personally i like the more bulky look than cut fortunately enough im a little more cut than big but its coming... Eating is key brotha eat like a house, grow like a house ( eat clean). So all in all i believe you should take any where from 250 to 500 mgs a week for one full cycle and for your post i would do novla and HCG for best results, the hcg will help you keep more gains as well as keeping your test levels up so you wont have to worry about ED or any problems below the waist if you get me. hope this helps man.

    I have read all of the above, yes. It is actually where I got the cycle info from, unlike my bro-in-law who is just sticking himself with needles. I was wondering if that is good for my weight/size. I also got the info for PCT from the forums, hoping someone my size would reply. Being an amature MMA fighter and in the Army my diet is good, not great. Just read the HCG thread. I have printed out plenty of info but, coming straight from the horses mouth is the best bet in my opinion. I can understand that the old timers would get frustrated with n00b questions that DON'T read up on anything, I have. Just looking for some helpful info from people that have been there, done that, so thank you.

    This is from the thread below. Its a solid first cycle.


    Option 2. Long Ester


    Wk 1-12 Testosterone Enanthate = 250mg twice/wk e3.5d
    Wk 1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg eod - monitor and adjust accordingly.
    Wk 1-14.5 hCG = 250iu twice/wk day before test injection.

    PCT
    Begins wk 15 to wk 19

    Clomid 75/50/50/50
    Nolva 40/40/20/20

    MickeyKnox, I was reading about the Aromasin before I shot back over here. Glad you mentioned it as I was going to ask about it. And thank you for your input, very helpful. That was my initial question...was I over doing it on my first "real" cycle. Going to print out your post now. Also read your thread, don't know how I missed it earlier, printing that as well.

    I am going to say the one thing no one else seems to have cared about At 5'7" 150 lbs I think your a bit light to jump on AAS. By your own admission your diet isn't great. I think putting a diet together in the nutrition forum and bulking up clean another 20 lbs would benifit you greatly before considering AAS!

    True, Lunk1, and I have tried that with protien, other supplements and dieting, especially while deployed. The most I have gained is 8 pounds. I did say that my diet was not great, but I do eat healthy. My body type, mesomorph, does not make it easy, which is why I am looking into another way. I have mulled over this for a long time, years actually, and have come to the conclusion that is the path I want to take. I am not jumping into this recklessly and without research. I do appreciate your concern and I will use the forums, as I have already for other information, and follow a set diet while gearing. Being in the Army, eating right and exercising daily isn't enough, apparently. Thank you for your post and information, I hope to see more helpful tips from you and others...which is why I came here.

    Post up that normal diet and lets see whats going on. I dont put alot of stock in the mesomorph, ectomorph BS! If your blessed with a fast metabolism then you have the good luck to be able to eat more good ass food than ppl like me lol. I know from experience that eating right in the military is tuff. I would have never considered AAS while having to eat that way.

    I promise you would be alot happier if you had a better base to begin with. I've seen it time and time again!
