    Insight!

    Hello all, I've been going through alot of threads looking for some answers to my questions and I can honestly say I know more than I did when I first started!

    -However-

    There is a fine line between *knowing* and **understanding**

    And I, do not really grasp alot of what I have taken in thus far. Let me start with this:

    5'11
    195 lbs
    20 years old


    What I am currently looking in to is a cycle of clen/t3. Right now I'm not interested in any strength gainers, just fat burners. Reason being is I inherited my fathers horrible metabolism and I'm looking to finally get down to 170! This time last year I was roughly 255 lbs, Through diet and cardio I dropped down to my current weight and I hit a plateau of sorts. I can't break through the 190 mark and although I've had much success without chemicals I'm pushing for that last 30 lbs to really get skinny and a healthy body fat % From there I'm going to build lean mass and at the moment I'm not sure If I'll use roids or not for that.


    at any rate, back to the original reasons for posting, like I said I've researched but I need somebody to explain what I've found in simpler terms.


    Cycles

    I understand that a cycle is a period of time in which you are taking the steroids, but what I do not understand is how you're supposed to determine your dosages, length of time the cycle will actually run for and the precautions you take before you start the cycle itself and the precautions you take once you start to come to the end of your cycle (tapering)


    General

    It's getting late and there's a lot tumbling around in my head so I'll just list everything from the top I would like to know more about:
    -Medications to take while you're on the steroids to help with side effects/enhance the steroids
    -Oral vs. injections
    -PCT
    -should I take an anabolic with the clen/t3 even if I'm trying to just lose weight right now( not a whole lot of weight training in my routine, just cardio, calisthenics)
    -Cycles
    -Dosages




    Me being a beginner with this stuff, what sort of advice can you guys give me concerning taking these chemicals?


    Like I said, I've researched, and still researching but I am in desperate need of some one on one explanations about all this

    Clen givess me horrible shakes and jitters...hate it. As far as T3 goes...I would ask that you google what your thyroid does for you, then ask yourself if you want to cause potential damage to it. No thanks...not me!

    Honestly, if you spend some quality time in out top notch nutrition forum, they will help shred you up with a proper diet. You have all the natty test you need at your age...now just put it to work.
