Hey guys ....been a while since Ive been on - thanks to the hurricane that hit us here...
Anyway -- For about a month now things have been hectic and eating right and going to the gym were impossible - and I definitly got a little soft - and lost some strength. Now - the first time I did VAR - I did it alone and I liked it --- but I know alot of people advise against it? I was just curious why? I am thinking of doing another short cycle - just to give me some strength I need for an upcoming rock climb/hike in January.... so --- whats the TRUE downfall/side effects to taking VAR without test??
