    Test-e workout split help!

    Hey guys I'm currently cutting at the moment to 8% before I go over east on holiday for a few weeks after which I will bulk again using my first cycle of test e 600mg stacked with beastdrol 20/30/30/30 but my routine at the moment is getting boring and not providing the same results anymore so I wanted to change it up I am a personal trainer so I do know a fair bit about writing programs but no idea what to write when on steroids my point is my friend suggested this split:
    Monday:
    CHEST
    # 3 sets of flat bench
    # 3 sets of incline bench
    # 3 sets of decline bench
    # 3 sets of barbell chest press
    # 3 sets of pec deck flies
    # 3 sets of cable flies

    BICEPS
    # 3 sets of barbell curls, 8-10 reps
    #3 sets of 21’s
    # 3 sets of preacher curls, 8-10 reps

    Tuesday:
    LEGS
    * 4 sets of squats 8-10 reps
    * 3 sets of lunges 8-10 reps
    * 3 sets of leg press 8-10 reps
    * 3 sets of leg extensions till failure
    * 3 sets of leg curls 8-10 reps
    * 3 sets of calf raises 10 slow 20 fast

    Wednesday:
    BACK
    * 3 sets of lat pulldowns 8-10 reps
    * 4 sets of deadlifts 8-10 reps
    * 3 sets of lat pulldowns 8-10 reps
    * 4 sets of bent over rows 8-10 reps
    * 3 sets of hyperextensions 8-10 reps
    * 4 sets of seated rows 8-10 reps

    Thursday
    SHOULDERS
    * 4 sets of shoulder press
    * 3 sets of upright rows suppersetted with lateral raises
    * 3 sets of front raises
    *3 sets of lying rear delt raises

    TRICEPS
    # 3 sets of weighted dips
    # 3 sets of close-grip bench press
    # 4 sets of pulldowns

    Saturday
    FULL BODY EXHAUST
    >4 sets of deadlifts till failure
    >4 sets of squats till failure
    >3 sets of clean and jerk till failure
    >3 sets of pull ups or muscle ups till failure

    I am extremely happy with the content of each workout I wrote the chest and back myself and it has always given me amazing results but I'm wondering will doing everything only once per week no matter how hard be enough when on test e or should I change the split? (PLEASE KEEP IN MIND I AM HAPPY WITH THE CONTENT OF THE ACTUAL WORKOUTS SO YOU HAVE NO NEED TO COMMENT ON THOSE BUT I AM CONCERNED ABOUT THE SPLIT LAYOUT)

    Welcome.

    You could almost cut this workout in HALF and still achieve fantastic results. Thats a lot of volume bro. 21 sets for back is unnecessary. 14-16 sets is plenty to properly target any muscle and exhaust it.

    Nope. If I squat i do RDL's. If i do Deads i do lunges.....

    Both squats and deads work your core... deads work the entire backside of the body, but its an attitude and leg lift.

    Ok so firstly guys I do these individual workouts regularly and it is great I did state in capital letters it isn't the content it's the actual split that I am worried about should I try an compact it and do everything twice per week or not?

    I like the split but you do too much, and I would put deads on leg days. I agree with mickey

    You must not lift heavy or something? No way im gonna go workout with 450lbs on squats for a few sets then do a few sets with 600lbs deads. My central nervous system is toast after heavy squats or heavy deads. I do some accessory leg work on my deadlift day leg curls and extensions, but that's it.

    Ive had days in college and high school where our strength coaches had both on the same day, and yes I lifted heavy. But like I also said above, now I prefer heavy squats with RDLs, and heavy deads with lunges. And my lifts would be olympic style and for competitions, breaking 90 on squats and not hitching the bar for deads. So I wouldnt be repping my max. This is also my first cycle im on but I have no desire to be squatting more than 315 anymore or deadlifting more than 315 but I can do both in a day piece of cake.

    Not training to be the best athlete anymore, training to be healthy, feel great, and look great. I already have size, dont know if I want much more. And dont forget, pat, its not all about how much weight you lift.

    I can see your reasoning with the deads but it would be too much on legs day the only reason I am not taking them out completely and just doing them on Saturday is because they release a lot of testosterone because they are full body which is good to have in the middle of the week when on cycle and hahaha you guys have no idea I do 80% of my 1 rep max which is really strong hypertrophy training for everyone I am destroyed after each of these days I don't squat much but I make up for it in a 320kg leg press which for my size legs is a ****ing lot
