Are you lactose intolerant? Are you looking for a isolate, combination or a 80/20 concentrate?

The best protein supp in my book is going to be Myotein, ON Gold Standard is also a great protein supp, basic and effective but Myotein offers a more complex structure. 6 DIFFERENT types of protein really adds some dynamic to this product.
Primary ingredients consist of Whey Protein Isolate, Hydrolysate and concentrate, Micellar Casein, Colostrum, and L-Glutamine also containing Aminogen and Coleus Forskohl. I would suggest ordering online to find the best price on this particular product.

Thanks guys. The main thing is it should not cause any stomach problems. ON gold standard did not cause me whereas ON Serious Mass(not a pure whey) caused me stomach problems.

One more hint guys. The protein should be fast absorbing to the muscles.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I was able to find only these products in my place Dymatize iso-100, SAN Whey isolate, ultimate nutrition whey. I am planning to go for Dymatize iso-100. Whats your view when compared as a substitute to ON Gold standard whey

I used strictly ON Gold for 5+ years until I got in to a pinch a while back and had to use Dymatize. I've used Dymatize ever since.. The taste and mixability are superior imo, cost is better, and no stomach discomfort at all.

You don't really need 6 different types of protein right after your workout. Whey is just fine.

Optimum is owed by a foreign company called Glanbia. Glanbia also owns ABB and BSN. Glanbia makes the protein and all company's buy it from them and a few others.

I've used O.N. extreme milk chocolate for years. Love it. I just looked up the Dymatize Iso 100 as so many speak highly of it and no doubt it's good. Close to $70 bucks. Not worth the cost, IMO.

ON or Dymatize. Used both, love both but have recently been using just Dymatize because I can get their isolate for a lot cheaper than the regular ON whey protein
