Best way to measure body fat???

    Age 22
    Height: 6ft
    Weight: 82 kg
    Bf: not sure

My scales at home wernt cheap, they measure body fat, bmi etc. However i believe there not entirely accurate. Does anyone know the easiest/simplest way to measure body fat??

9point calipers pt at your gym could help you out or you could find a bod pod but not always cheap.

google bf% and you'll find some picture scales

The best option for you would be to get a skin fold test done by someone who knows what they are doing.... Ask at the gym

Wish I could find a bodpod. I have to make do with either electronic scales or my brother helping with 9-point caliper test.

£30-£100. bodpodlondon dot com. There are a few, most expensive, unsurprisingly, Knightsbridge!

Good info SteM! I tried looking then up before but was unsuccessful.

I'm not too far from London. I may get one done in the new year.
