Hey i have finished my cutting whit serious diet and heavy cardio about4-5 month ago, and so far i am just maintaining the shape.
i got to skinny lately and lost about 6-10 kg becaus of bad budget and i was few month away from my first contest, but i drop it. i have been thinking to run test and tren whit proviron or tbol to gain size whit low fat and water i have used this cycle several times before. but before i run the cycle i will train natural to get to where i was from before and go ahead from there.

but as i said i have been real skinny i have lost alot of muscle and size, so i have been thinking about test and deca whit tbol to gain som size and mass, my leg and arms are realy bad, but i have never run deca before but i used dbol/anadrol/t-bol beore and it went great. but i realy got to much bloat maybe becaus at that time i didnt now about diet. what i am afraid of is to get to much fat,
i have been realy thinking alot what to do to my next cycle, deca is great but the bloat worrys me but at the other site i have been good whit diet.
i am good shape, alot vascularity and low fat, but i need some size though..realy not sure i appriciate any kind of advice..
