    Any tips or ideas to help my cycle please :)

    Hi guys Im going to be doing my third cycle which will consist of

    15 weeks of Zaralone's Sustanon 250 taking 1ml Tues/Fri
    13 weeks of Zaralone's Deca 200 taking 1ml tues with the sust (running low dose as I have not taken deca before)
    dbol i have 100x10mg tabs so 3per day til they run out so around 4 weeks at 30mg per day to kickstart.

    Along with my cycle I will be running Arimidex at 0.5mg eod after the 2nd week and stopping after my last shot.

    PCT
    For my PCT i was hoping that running just some clomid 3 weeks after my last jab at 50mg per day for 3 weeks would be sufficient.
    I was thinking maybe because of my age and the deca being such a low dose I would not be needing HCG???
    Help here would be appreciated. thanks.

    Im 23 years old been training for 3 years. This will be my third course. My last cycle which was a sustanon only for 15 weeks gained me a massive 20 lbs but I only sustained around 5lbs of this due to partying to hard over the summer ! Im going to try out the deca and hope I do not get too much bloat as I really dont want the "moon face" look over xmas and new years. I pinned last night 1ml sust, 1ml deca. If you think I could safely up the deca to 300mg pw let me know as my next pin is tomorrow morning [ATTACH=CONFIG]129***[/ATTACH]

    Your cycle looks pretty good except:

    I would do 400mg of deca p/w 200 I don't think you will benefit, bit of a waste.

    Hcg will be needed 250ius p/w

    You need nolvadex as well as clomid for pct at 40-20-20-20

    Your body fat looks around 13-15%


    On another note you are a little young to be cycling but as this is your third cycle I won't tell you off lol although I would say if your wanting to gain weight then you need to be strict with diet and training NO PARTY'S lol
    Keeping 5 lbs from a cycle what gained 20 is really bad you should hit the nutrition section as well bud

    Thanks Bigsiv much appreciated. I've read in other posts that test and deca/tren should be kept at a 2:1 ratio??? or does this not really matter?

    I will run the nolva along side the clomid for pct.
    I have read in some posts that you should not run nolva with deca??
    Or does this only account for whilst your pinning?

    Please don't take this the wrong way, but looking at your picture and this being your 3rd cycle. Your not doing something right.
    What were your first 2 cycles and results. You need to figure out what isn't working and not waste your money.
    At 6ft and 170 lbs its your diet. you should be 200lbs or damn close by this point. Figure your diet before you start.

    Hi guys thanks for the replies.

    I've had a good look into the nutrition side and I'm looking at a 300g protein/ 400 carbs/ 70g fat per day. So I went Sunday and done a great big shop. So hopefully I will expect a lot more now my diet is in better order.

    I wrote at the beginning of this thread in my cycle that I am running Arimidex eod at 0.5mg. Which is my AI.

    My first cycle was test c with some dbol go really good gains but didn't know anything about pct so took longer to recover and lost quite a lot of what should have been gained.

    My second cycle was this summer which was a sust only cycle and I ran nolva and clomid for pct which helped me to keep a lot of what was gained. But I could have kept a lot more as most was lost down to partying too much.

    I've decided to try and bulk as much as I can with this cycle.

    When I first started training I was only weighing about 150lbs. Been training 3 years now.

    Just want to add I've been on 30mg dbol pd for 6 days now and at only 4 days in my pump in the gym is really good . Looking forward to a good chest/tris session later today see if my strength is up!

    you need to work harder on gaining naturally man!!!!!!!!
    you need years to develop a nice base for muscles
    fix your diet!

    you could achieve 190 lbs naturally at 6 ft. and its his third cycle... totally agree with you Cape

    Ok thanks guys I have really taken on board what you have said my diet is getting a good sort at the moment. I'm now spending a good hour in the kitchen in the evenings preparing tomorrow's food for the day. With the information I've had the past few days I'm quite enjoying this.

    Apart from that I have already started this course so I will stay on and finish it. Hopefully with getting my diet in check the gains this time round should be decent and kept being the main part.

    I'm going to post my diet up in the nutrition forum later this evening see if I can get some help with what I'm eating so far.

    That's a good idea. It's very important thru PCT as well.
