Need some help figuring this out.

I'm going to write out my day so people can see what is going on and maybe help me with a little balance.
    Monday
    5am-5pm Work
    5:30-6:30 Kids BJJ
    6:30-8:00 Adult BJJ

    Tuesday
    5am-5pm Work
    OFF

    Wednesday
    5am-5pm Work
    5:30-6:30 Kids BJJ
    6:30-8:00 Adult BJJ

    Thursday
    5am-5pm Work
    5:30-6:30 Kids BJJ
    6:30-8:00 Adult BJJ

    Friday
    5am-5pm Work
This is an IF day, if I feel good I go to gym and work cardio & weights

    Saturday
    30m-1hr cardio (elipticle)
    1-2hr Upper body
    15m trendmill walk

    Sunday
    30m-1hr cardio (elipticle)
    1-2hr lower body
    15m trendmill walk

I'm not looking to get "big" I just want a little size so I know I'm not was wasting my time lol I'm going for strength & endurance (which is ok already) to help my BJJ but I do still enjoy lifting. I change up my routines, some days go "heavy" (for me) 8-6-4 increasing weight, sometimes 3/4 weight but higher reps. I dont use free weights to often mostly machines but I am using them more often, usually its a lighter weight because I train alone. Please feel free to give comments, advise, questions (I know I left somethings out)but this is what I do with the time I have. Thanks

I don't really see a question. Are you wanting help with a routine?

A routine would be cool, as you can see I dont have much time so I would like to maximize what I do have. Just looking for general imput, to much/little, good/better routine and so on.

Sound's about right, do what you do, if you are not following a typical bodybuilding routine then whatever you find works for you should be best, you can mix it up anyways you want rep and set wise, switch the days, train in the morning or at night before you go to bed, cardio, strength, ect

Here's my question: How intense are these BJJ sessions? Perhaps, you get enough cardiovascular training in these classes and your time at the gym would be more beneficial if mostly geared toward resistance training.

    I don't know...

But I will say this. Try to get in the gym three times a week. Training Lower body, Upper body, Full body. Hit all major muscle groups at least twice a week. THIS, will do much for you.

    Just my 2cents.

A good push/pull/legs routine would be good for ur schedule.
Take the cardio out pre workout so u can get full potential with lifts. But keep the post workout cardio if u feel.
