    new member needing advice

Alright, I've been poking around for a while and time to get serious. I have read and researched for the past year and still feel like i'm in an organic chemistry class nodding off in the back. I want to learn and I will, but I want to start a cycle soon as well. My stats:

    Age: 24
    Height: 5'10"
    Weight: 200
    Body Fat: Too damn high
Goal: Be around 185-190 and lower body fat

I'm not looking to look like the hulk and I want to be smart and safe with this.

I have tried clen in the past, but with my job, I can't afford to be jittery all day during work.

Other than that, I have just gone through the regular pre workouts, proteins, etc....

I want someone to simply spell out their recommendation for me so I can add some muscle fast. I have been working out reguarly (5x/week) for the past 2 years with a good mix of cardio and lifting. My body just will not get past this plateau. My diet isn't the cleanest, but everytime i've started a new regiment i get strict and serious about it, so when the cycle starts I will have no problem getting clean.

    please help!

AAS will do you NOOOO good until you fix the things in bold! AAS simply aplifies die and workout routine...if thy are bad then it will also amplify that!

Yea, i figured as much. I lift reguarly and my diet isn't terrible, it's just not spinach and chicken 6 times per day. It will be clean while on a cycle though.

    First of all welcome

Just to start before you get into anything you need to realise a few things. I'm not trying to sound patronising just making sure.

Have you exhausted all methods of training?

You said your diet isn't clean, it needs to be in check before contemplating AAS

Once you start AAS there is no going back. I've heard 'I will only do one cycle....' Loads of times I said it myself, but what you don't realise at the time is AAS IMHO can be addictive (not the chemical itself but the feeling on cycle, the quicker results etc)

Are you prepared to cycle properly? Getting all products/ancillaries first before you start

Just a couple of questions for now let me know we will go on from there

The problem is that it needs to be clean and remain clean...it's a lifestyle change! Diet after cycl is probably more important than on...its diet that help make and maintain gains. Besides if your BF% is too high right now you greatly increase risks and sides associated with steroid use.

I suggest getting a diet worked out over in nutrition and seeing what can be accomplished that way first. Your young enough that you have all of the test you need, you are just fuking up because of a ba diet. This is also why you have hit that wall.

Lunk has gone and done it again! He gave great advice!!!! Nothing happens unless you clean up your nutrition and stay committed to training.

Many new members come here with the impression that steroids will "make them commit" to better eating and exercise. That makes as much sense as saying "I'll study harder when I get an A in school" or "I'll work harder after I get a raise at work". Life doesn't happen that way. You dedicate yourself to a plan and the rewards follow, not the other way around. Once you learn how, when, and what to eat and combine that with regular consistent exercise, steroids can THEN become part of the total reward package - not before.

Furthermore, NOTHING happens fast. You've already said that after two years you were disappointed in the results. That's because it takes TIME. Rome wasn't built in a day, 14 days, 60 days, or even 90 days! So don't expect an over night transformation. There is a reason they are called steroid CYCLES and not a steroid miracle. No one takes one cycle and wakes up in 30 days looking like Mr. Olympia or the next fitness model - everything takes time. There are no overnight sensations in any realm of body building or fitness.

If I could wake up next to a fitness model I think there would be an overnight sensation. At least for me. Just sayin.....
