Hi guys, what do you think of this cycle?
Stats:
25 years old, 5´10'', 185 pounds, BF 12% - 14%. Been weight lifting on/off for 8 years. This will be my 3rd cycle. I´m going to start in the beginning of January 2013 and finish in the beginning of May. Cycle length; 16 weeks. I´ve done tren and winstrol before and really like them! The tren sides were not to bad even though I was running the sust higher then the tren.
The cycle:
Week 1 - 16 test Prop 100mg EOD
Week 1 - 14 tren Ace 100mg EOD
Week 8 - 16 Masteron 100mg EOD
Week 12 - 16 Winstrol tablets at 30mg ED
PCT:
Starting 3 days after last injection, consisting of:
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
clomid 50/50/25/25
How should I run HCG with this cycle?
Training:
I´ll weight lift 5x a week. Not planning on doing much cardio, but I like taking walks in the evenings, I heard that it´s good for trimming the fat![]()
I am currently at 10reps but usually I lift at 8 reps.
How many reps should do with this cycle to get a harder look?
Diet:
My diet will be high protein/high fat/low carb (40/40/20). Keeping calories around 2350. I am carb sensitive and figured out when I am eating low carb I look leaner. I will be eating; fish, meats, chicken, avocado, olive oil, cottage cheese, tuna, greek strained yogurt, almonds, oats, protein shakes, whole eggs, sweet potatoes...
Any suggestions on this diet?
If you guys have any suggestions then please reply. I am going to Florida on a holiday in May and want to look as hard/ripped as possible for the beachesThanks.
