I am 46 yrs old i have been lifting for 5 yrs i have made gains but not were i would like to be. I know at my age i am just beating it back but i would like to step it up if only for a short period of time. I would like to rid my self of this last little bit of my mid section and build more lean muscle. I am 6'3" and 225 ib body fat % is around 20%. PLease help what be the best direction for me to go thx for any comments or help !!
