    Getting yucky :) test-e, d-bol log!!!

    Firstly a special thanks to all those that have helped put this together

    For those that wish to follow i welcome both criticism and praise. I will give a detailed no BS log and try to keep it fun whilst getting as much good info and data in here as possible.

    Today was day one.did first injection this morning

    cycle will be:

    weeks 1-10 test e 250mg friday/tuesday

    weeks 1-4 d-bol 30 mg ed

    weeks 1-12 Aromasin 12mg eod

    weeks 5-12 hgh 200 iu twice a week

    pct;
    clomid 50/50/50/50

    nova 40/30/20/20

    basic supps;
    fish oil
    cycle aid
    multi

    As of right now
    weight : 190 pounds
    hight: 5'9"
    bf: 14-15%

    will be tracking my cals thinking 3500-4000 cals a day

    goals for cycle " to add as much Lbm as i can !! brake pr's ,feel good , an have fun"

    prs as of now

    bench:245

    squats: 320x 8

    deadlift: 395

    Just curious why the low Test dose, and short cycle for a long ester?

    Leave the second wk Nolva at 20mg. No need to taper like that. Frontload the first wk is fine.

    Run it 12 weeks

    Hcg 250iu X 2 per week

    Clomid 75/50/50/50
    Nolva 40/20/20/20

    Get last minute diet advise in nutrition...this will make a huge diff in the success...watching this for sure.

    Okay so nova would be fine at 40/20/20/20 ?

    An a qustion with cals . I same the same weight eating 3100-3200 cals is 3500-4000 a good surplus to start at an adjust as needed ? An when should I start upping cals today's day two of cycle..

    Any ways today I ended up doing pull day

    Weighed 190.46

    5 min warm up on step climber

    Pull up : bw x 8 4 sets real slow negs

    T-bar rows : 125x10, 130x 10, 130x10,130x10

    Close grip pull downs pulling to chest : 150 x8 ,155x8,155x8 slow negs

    Low row: 160x8 for 3 sets

    Standing e-z bar curls :75x8 for 3 sets

    Bb Sruges: 4sets of 12

    Reardelt flys :20 x 10 3 sets

    Over all good workout was a Lil tired only slept 6 hours

    On the cals start off hitting 3500-3600. As you get through your dbol adjust after that. Dbol it self will add the water weight. I wouldn't go as high as 4000 until that's out. But as u gain actual poundage of muscle, throughout the cycle adjust it there.

    Okay so just go strat to 3500 cals today ? I was gonna slowly increase .. An yea that's what I had planned on doing just add cals as I gained weight . But you do have a point at first a lot of its gonna be water weight

    So just stay at 3500 untill the end of the d- Bol then go from there right ? Thanks for the help

    In my personal opinion yes. But I would definitely hit the nutrition section and pass everything by them too. Do this the right way and get much help as possible. Dbol weight gains are very deceiving cause of the water.

    I'm going to go the other way on this...and mind you I am not saying I'm right!

    I would up my calories now to where you plan to bulk. Muscle still grows while using Dbol and will still be there after any water weight goes away. Thats the whole idea of kickstarting with Dbol...why cheat the kickstart?

    Water weight can be kept to a min. with good diet, low sodium, plenty of H2O and most importantly, keeping your E2 levels in check! I say feed those muscles during the time your using the dbol for sure!

    Okay i went an asked the guys in the nutrition form..

    I kno both you guys do have a good point I'm diff gonna jump cals To 3500 cals today . I'm just not sure on when to increase from then ?

    I just don't wanna short my self any gains .

    How y'all think the pull/ push/ legs day off repeat split gonna work ? It's worked pretty good for me but that's at the natty level

    Hey Mickey got a qustion my d-Bol is 25 mg pills an I have 30 is it okay just to take one in the morning . R is it gonna **** up my bp ?? Should I just up it to two a day an only run it off 15 days ??

    Dbol has a short active life. I would wait until i could pick up some more and dose it 40mg/day and try to time your dosing protocol to include the 40mg before the gym. In other words, if your workout scheduled for the AM, then take 20mg before bed and 20mg a couple hours before the gym in the morning. But if all you have is thirty 25mg tabs, i would dose it 25mg a couple hours before i hit the gym.

    **** I wish I would of got two bottles !! Oh well gotta work with what I got .. So the best thing me to do is take the d-Bol 25 mg hour before workout .. Is there any d-Bol clones I could get like a ph r something ?

    Couple hours before to ensure bloods are saturated.

    Stay away from PH's.

    Lol I tell anybody that ask me bout ph's that there junk if you gonna take something get the real deal

    But thanks for the help imma try an get my hands on a nother bottle of d-Bol if not just use it couple hours before workout

    well todays weight was 191 up a pound !

    i did my push workout today felt really good

    flat bench: 185x8 for 4 sets

    incline db bench: 70x8 for 4sets

    bb press: 120 x10 3sets

    cable flys: 140x 12 2 sets

    skulls: 75 x10 3 sets

    over all felt really strong an good!

    breakfast was
    1 cup rice
    veggs
    6 oz fish
    1 tp oil
