    diet was a lean bulk lost bf while making gains here is a pic with 12 month transformation. it was my first cycle so i just done prop for 8 weeks to test it out and see how my body reacts and i focused on pecs because they where not evan. now they are almost the same

    Curious how did you even out your chest? Various muscles on me are different, trying to even things out.

    if you look in the before pics you can see my shoulders are not level and my posture was not that great. i focused more on dumbell press rather then barbell so i could work each pec sepretly
