Clen is not working for me. I'm on my second 2 week cycle and although I have lost a considerable amount of weight, it is not any more than I usually lose with my regular diet and exercise. My diet is excellent; 6-8 small lean meals per day, minimum bread/rice lots of veggies green smoothies, etc. My exercise routine is is perfect and I've been lifting since high school semi-intense cardio 3-5 times per week. I am in very good shape but I cant get rid of my slight belly fat and get a super ripped six-pack which is what I want to do atleast one time before i hit 40 (34 now) I'm 5'10, 186 lbs with 11%bf Perhaps look into 405 and what he does for dieting to hit those single digit %'s. Things like carb cycling, IF, UD 2.0 diet
