    Cool Help please

    Hello, My nam is ian. I have been lifting for over 4 years now, i know late to the game, and I believe I have meet my natural potential and want to take it to the next level. I am 28 years old and 5'11 206 at around 12-13% body fat I have a four pack with obliques but the bottom ab is not divided. I work my ass off and my diet is dirty but full of calories. Where I live it is to expensive to eat clean. I want to start a cycle that could get me to 235. I don't put on any body fat no matter how shitty my diet, so bf is not a concern. I want to use sustanon 250 for my test and add some hcg mid cycle. I also want to included an A.I. but not sure which one or how often to use it and am looking for suggestions as to which would give me the most gains and drastically increase my vascularity. I love the vascular look. I am looking to run a eight week cycle. I've never cycled before. Oh, and if any supplements can increase my gains while running these I have unlimeted accesses to them because I work at gnc. I already use some but any recomendations would be helpfull.

    My workout split is two on, one off, three on, one off. I am a high volume trainer as that is what works best for me. So any advice as to when to administer my gear during split would also help. Thank you for your time.

    Honestly if you cant afford to eat clean then you cant afford the food you will need to eat to grow and maintain the mass you will put on from the cycle so i wouldn't waste your time.

    What do you consider a "dirty diet?" How much sust do you plan to run per week? Your HCG should be ran sooner, and do you know what PCT is?

    so your saying that because my chicken and beef come from albertsons instead of some pricey ass organic place there is no point? I eat a ton of rice and potatoes as my carbs and lots of greens but yet there is still no reason to do this?? I eat almost 6'000 calories a day! I eat out less than once a week! I meant my diet sucks because I buy whats on sale because for me. I live in the middle of no where, where food is atleast flash frozen just to get to me so cut me some slack, I do as best as I can for where I live. I pound down food all day! Every two hours, its just not the best cuts of meat.

    I plan on runing 500/week on the sustanon. And yes I bought the pct before I bought the test. How soon should I run the hcg, I was planing week 3 and four.

    Well what you said was "Where I live it is to expensive to eat clean" So I was basing it on what you said. So maybe answer stpete? What is your propose PCT?

    jeez, ok my diet goes as is for every meal. 40-70 grams protein 80 grams carbs and I like to cook with olive oil so I know I get enough fat. My main protein sources are chicken, flank steak, whole turkeys, eye of round steaks, and a shit ton of eggs. My carbs are mostley complex in the morning but I have 60 grams of dextrose before and after my workouts with protein. I eat alot of breakfast burritos because 8 eggs are hard to get down for me.

    I usually get between 5-7 of those type of meals a day unless my schedule screws me.

    No i would nt consider that a bad diet. Whwn people say dirty iy usually means something else.

    2nd 30lbs isnt a resonable goal.

    3rd i don't know if u really eat 6k calories but if u are u are going to have to up that alot to get close to ur goals. So if u cant afford it dont waste ur time

    wow, so much negativity and absolutly no help for the questions I actually asked. I know thirty pounds is a lofty goal but I was always told to aim high, I would be happy with even ten pounds of gains. My frame is small, and I just want something to push me from wow his body is great to who the **** is that freak.

    Ok, i've seen a lot worse diet's than yours. I was just asking to see if you were eating McDonalds every meal.

    500mgs is a good dose but i'd extend it to at least 10 weeks. I would start HCG at week 2 or 3. I like adex eod. And what did you get for PCT? And what are your dosages and length?

    nolvadex and clomid, also have a box of arimidex for pct. and plenty of it got a good deal

    There's no negativity here. We have to ask questions in order to give you the best advice. 10lbs is more reasonable.

    Arimidex is not for PCT.

    Havn't figured out my pct all the way because I don't know what a.i. I'm going to use but I will really focus on pct hard because I don't want side effects and I want to hang on to my gains. But what is adex?

    Adex is an AI and used during cycle as to keep estro at bay.
