    Post First cycle help

    Hey guys

    I've done much research for the past weeks on steroids and cycles, I'm 18 and I weigh 82kg. I have no experience with steroids, I've been going to the gym for over a year now and I don't see much progress.

    Would 400mg of test prop per week be alright for the first cycle for 8 weeks?

    Do I need to change the type of steroid after the 8th week or what? After the 8th week how long will I need to have a break from the steroid?

    By the way, please don't tell me to search threads or wait until I'm older for steroids, I just want a direct answer

    I've been getting about 4000 calories per day and 50 grams of protein

    Well 50 grams of protein won't do anything, and u won't need test. Unless u have low test levels

    You're getting 50g of protein per day?

    Questions before even thinking about steroids.

    What is your training routine?
    What exactly is your diet?
    What goals are you trying to achieve?

    I haven't even brought up the fact that your age will bring negative attention and odds are you haven't read up on how negativley AAS can effect you at your age.

    Your best bet is answering the questions I asked above. Maybe keep your AAS thoughts in the backseat until you learn how to diet and train properly.

    Over a year work out isn't enough.
    and yeah your too young to start, if you wanna mess with your hormones, totally up to you
    I know you will get more hounding by vets here. and if you even searched for solid info you'd find a post here about a good cycle for beginners but that was basing on a stable mid 20's with enough work out experience on its belt.

    I really couldn't imagine getting into this at 18.. But first off I think you need to triple your protein intake per day.

    little or no progress after a year... your training and/or diet is off, steroids will not compensate for this....

    50 grams of protein??? is that per meal?

    Post workout, I've put on 14kg from the gym this year. My cousin is using deca and he's a massive bastard, he was the same size as me and the same position I'm in when he was my age

    I'm not impressed, I semi neglected my legs and they look like toothpicks compare to my upper, I'm using steroids whenever I can get them. I just wanted to know what people thought of that cycle, I heard prop is better than enuthate

    prop needs to be injected EOD (every other day) test e is injected 2x a week....

    you will need an AI, HCG, and PCT, don't know what these are? research.

    good luck. and remember you are always welcome back to try and fix your gyno, libido, and limp dick problems (+ what ever other issues you may experience)....

    Enuthate? Lol. Legs grow fast, hit hard 2 to 3 times a week. Its not until you get to squatting over 400lbs you need to back off the volume. They will be sore, but that will subside.

    my legs are still sore from thursday... its now sunday..lol

    Hit them again. I worked legs 3x a week the entire first year I lifted. Squats 3x a week. Now I have a near 600lb squat and 26" inch legs with veins. You'll survive

    how many times a week you work legs now? still 3?

    Twice. One power day and one hypertrophy day. I hit squats, box squats, and hack squats heavy on Wednesday. Then after deadlifts on Saturday, do some lighter high rep leg curls and extensions. And leg press if im not too gassed. Depends how heavy I went on deadlifts.
