    2nd cycle advice

    Stats

    23 years old
    3 years training
    Height 6"1
    Weight 180lbs
    Bf 10%

    Previous cycles

    Last year i ran a test only cycle at 300mg for 10 weeks, i gained around 20lbs and kept 15lb after pct. i was higher bodyfat then around 15% . I had no sides apart from abit of water retention which went after pct.

    Workouts and training and diet

    I train 5 days a week sometimes 6 depending on work, i do split workout to train all my muscles evenly and have around 8 to 10 hours rest a night
    I see a nutrianist every month and have currently just been cutting my fat down naturally theough my diet ready for another cycle

    Goals
    My current goal is to achieve 200lbs and still be at 10% bodyfat, im in no hurry to achieve this goal as it will take a while and im prepared to weight. My plans for this year are to run a lean cycle at the end of the month and then take a 6months break then consider another cycle later on.


    I require some advice on my cycle so far i have the vials for 12 weeks of test e 500mg and i dunno wether to add an oral kickstarter for the first 4 weeks or to just stick with the test

    With the goal you have in mind, I might consider Anivar or Winnie on the back end vs a front end kickstart

    I'll save you the troubles of trying to prepare a cycle. You should really wait. The fact you have already cycled is bad nought because regardless of your physical appearance, you are a wee bit young as your HPTA is not fully developed yet and won't be till 25-26... It's not about you, it's just nature and if you interrupt the development you stand a greater chance of having more serious problems down the road. Problems like ED, Sterility, low test, etc.


    I would recommend you spend a little more time natural because you are already doing very well and if you keep going the way you are naturally you will be ready for aas when you do hit HPTA maturity. Kudos to your progress this far, but do the right thing. Stick around here and build up some serious knowledge about the various products available to you. Arm yourself with adequate knowledge

    Would have to agree on waiting this cycle out. Besides the age problem and risking long term effects. Seems you were very light at the start of the first cycle. 6-1 180 after you gained 15#. Means u were.

    My suggestion hitting the nutrition section. Get a diet together. Stick to the diet for a year and gain the 20# you want naturally. Which is very possible.

    If you're dead set on running it i would just stick w/the test. you got good results from your last one and no reason to try to fix something that's not broken.

    There's no reason you can reach 200 lbs / 10% naturally in a rather short period, considering your training & diet are properly tuned in. And besides, 180 lbs at 6'-1" isn't much of a foundation, if you rely on steroids to boost you to your goal, you will likely loose all you have gained & may even end up smaller than you are now within 45 - 60 days after PCT. If you you don't have the natural foundation to support new gains, you'll never keep them. Good luck.

    I agree with the Bear you need to fix your diet before you do anything else.You are to light for your size.Hit the diet section post your diet with macros.They will help beacuse if you dont do this you will lose everything you gained.You want to weigh 200lbs you got to eat like one.

    At 6'1" and 180, you sound a bit on the light side. I would force feed for a while and keep training hard, I mean balls to the wall, and decide then. Try and put another 10-20 pounds on, and you should be perfect to go. I wouldnt say you needed to add anything to the test since it worked for you in the past, but to each their own. Good luck!
